When your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to your email adress. It is your responsibility to make sure that the email adress, the shipping adress and all the other personal information is filled in correctly. If you order as a company make sure that the company name is included in the shipping adress.
When ordering from mariewolt.com you can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
All our prices for customers within EU include VAT. Note that fees and taxes from your country may be applicable for countries outside of the EU. We recommend that you contact the customs office in your country before ordering from us.
We offer the following shipping methods:
FedEx International Priority - trackable and insured
FedEx International Economy - trackable and insured
DHL EXPRESS - trackable and insured
DHL ECONOMY SELECT - trackable and insured
STANDARD SHIPPING - This shipping method is NOT trackable and NOT insured.*
All delivery times are approximate.
All orders placed on business days before 13:00 CET with shipping option FedEx/DHL are dispatched the same day.
* Standard Shipping by the postal service is not insured or trackable, therefore Marie Wolt will not be responsible for orders that are lost or not delivered using this shipping method. For trackable and insured shipping, select one of the FedEx or DHL shipping options.

Return & exchange
As a private consumer have the right to return and/or exchange the order within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Note that the right only applies in case mariewolt.com is notified within this period. The product and it's original packaging must be unused and returned in the same condition as when received.
In case you want to exercise your right and receive the information that is necessary for a return or exchange, you must contact the customer service. Please provide your order number and specify your request.
The cost of the return shipping is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches mariewolt.com. We recommend that you send your return package with tracking option. We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction when we reimburse the money. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
Note that mariewolt.com does not handle returns and exchanges for Marie Wolt products that has been purchased outside this website mariewolt.com. If that is the case please contact the company that sold you the product.
The warranty of our products is valid twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing errors only. Note that it's not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents.
Contact the customer service as soon as you discover the manufacturing error. Please specify your name, adress, order number and a detailed description of the issue. You also have to send us a picture showing that the errors is not caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents.
In case you have not received what you have ordered, make sure to contact our customer service as soon as it has been discovered. Please specify your name, adress, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Note that it is your responsibility that the shipping adress is complete and correct.

All intellectual property rights on the website are owned by mariewolt.com. Any use of the site or it´s content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part in a commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of us.
Our website may include user generated content from social media applications. Mariewolt.com does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspects a violation of copyright, any other right or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
