I bought a ruby red, a product that I really like and already have. I decided to choose the fastest delivery process because I wanted to give it for Christmas to my wife..but due to the lack of service that the delivery company that you use I was not able to. So I paid a price for a service that I didn’t have. I’m writing this review without having the product with me. I have to wait until 6th of January for DHL to give it to me. You should rethink your delivery service, because unfortunately I don’t feel safe to buy from you again. Thank you

We know the delivery companies work really hard to deliver on time during Christmas and we've generally been really impressed with the service DHL has delivered. But of course there can be exceptions, especially during Christmas time when there are a lot of holidays to take in to consideration which means no deliveries are made during those days. The item looks gorgeous and luxurious. Very sturdy and does it job. I was worried about the cable being too short after reading some reviews, but it is actually perfect for my usage. Design is just awesome...not your boring white, black or silver. I am giving it 4 stars because i think it is slightly overpriced. Since it charges with 15W, i would have liked to see a price point of 10€ less.
